Welcome

Welcome to the The Lee & Aidan McMahon Foundation. Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to making this year’s event a HUGE success! We look forward to seeing you again next year!!!
The Lee & Aidan McMahon Foundation was founded by the McMahon brothers, Michael, Joseph and Thomas, in loving memory of their mother Lee McMahon, who passed away from brain cancer in 1999 and Aidan McMahon, beloved son of Joseph, who passed away in 2002 at 13 months of age from biliary atresia, and complications from liver disease. The McMahon brothers, with the help and support of many family and friends, have held the charity golf outing each year for the past 10 years. The event has grown each year with over 250 guests participating. We also have been very fortunate to have many sports celebrities attend the event year after year to lend their support.
McMahons raise funds for PBTF
From The Caring Hand - Fall 2008: ‘Congratulations to the McMahon family of New York on the success of their ninth annual Family Golf Outing and Auction. The June 14, 2008 event raised approximately $130,000, a portion of which will benefit the PBTF. Brothers Tom, Michael, and Joe McMahon join together to put the event on each year through the Lee and Aidan McMahon Foundation. The family started the foundation in memory of their mother, Lee, who lost her battle with a brain tumor in 1999, and her infant grandson Aidan, who passed away in 2002 from inflammatory liver disease. Over 250 participants turned out for this year’s event, which culminated with a dinner, silent and live auctions, a raffle and trophy presentations. Over 20 local celebrities also were on hand for the occasion, including some actors from the movie “Slap Shot.” “Many people have commented that they have never been a part of a fundraising event that was so warm and friendly,” says Joe McMahon. “Life is all about helping one another, and this event would not be the success that it is without the support of our family and friends.”‘
